Introducing Online Scout Manager Parent Portal!

We’re thrilled to announce that 6th Medway are now using Online Scout Manager (OSM) Parent Portal to streamline communication, keep you informed, and make managing your child's scouting journey easier than ever!
What is the OSM Parent Portal?
The Parent Portal is a secure online platform designed to give you real-time access to all the important information about your child's Scouting activities. From upcoming events to badges earned, everything is now just a few clicks away.
What Can You Do on Parent Portal?
Here are some key features and benefits of using the Parent Portal:
- View Upcoming Events
No more searching through emails or newsletters for the next camp date! The Parent Portal keeps you updated with a full calendar of events, including meeting times, locations, and any special instructions - Badge Progress Tracking
Wondering how your child is progressing on their badges? The portal provides an overview of the badges your Scout has earned and what they’re working on next, helping you celebrate their accomplishments along the way! - Pay Subs and Fees
We’re pleased to let you know that you can now pay your child’s subs and event fees directly through the Parent Portal! This means no more hunting for cash or bank transfers—you can make payments quickly and securely online, ensuring everything is up to date. Please note we are still working on our implementation of this feature so watch this space and keep an eye out for communications from your leaders!

You’ll have better visibility into your child’s scouting experience and a more direct line of communication with our leaders. Plus, the digital format means less paperwork to keep track of, making the whole process smoother and more efficient.
How to Get Started:
It’s easy to start using the Parent Portal! You’ll soon receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account. Once logged in, you’ll have immediate access to all the features mentioned above.
If you have not received an email yet please email OSM@6thmedwayscouts.org.uk with your name, your childs name and their section and we will get this set up for you.
